Free Shipping: Coastal Graphics offers free shipping on orders over $149 (contiguous
U.S. only - excludes AK, HI & PR). Free shipping is shipped ground
with the carrier of our choice.
Some items, such as large etched mirrors, signs and large quantities of mugs, cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and will need to be shipped through a truck line carrier. We are happy to cover the shipping costs for these items that qualify for free shipping (approximately $100-$200), but the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred (residential fee, lift gate fee, appointment fee). Please see the individual products any applicable information on special shipping requirements.
Same Day Shipping Guarantee: All orders for in-stock items placed before 9pm EST will ship the SAME DAY (business days only).
Shipping Errors: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code) or change will be billed directly to the customer.
Tracking: Please provide a valid e-mail address when ordering. Once the order is placed, we will send out an email confirmation for your review and, after the order is shipped, we will use this email to send you a tracking number. The email will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We make every effort to contact you concerning issues with an order to ensure the quickest and most accurate shipping possible.
International Orders: All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are shipped by the method that gives YOU the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO INSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm a new order total with you if the shipping total INCREASES. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get the shipping date in those instances.
